I am responsible for:  Looking after the talent management and diversity agenda for 19,000+ employees in UK&I at TCS.

I am passionate about:  Creating a culture of belonging at scale.

What I value most about the Tightrope Walker community:  The safe space and challenge it provides for my ongoing growth as a leader.

For FY’20:

  • Improved the gender diversity ratio by 3.6% Y-on-Y for TCS UK&I
  • Reduced the Gender Pay Gap by 4.1% Y-on-Y for TCS UK&I
  • Improved the Organisational Belongingness Score by 3.75 points Y-on-Y for TCS UK&I
  • Received 6 D&I-related awards for TCS UK&I
  • Partnered with 10 Employee Networks and over 500 volunteers to drive people change
  • Developed 129 Allies of Diversity across the business, who are championing strategic inclusion projects
