Walk the Tightrope Cohort: Autumn 2018
I am responsible for: Managing and developing an international property portfolio, with a focus on delivering secure homes to strengthen communities and provide a foundation for social mobility.
I am passionate about: Mentoring young entrepreneurs, facilitating social mobility and supporting employee networks.
What I value most about the Tightrope Walker community: Sense of belonging, support for my growth as a leader, access to thought leadership and the privilege of guiding the next generation of Tightrope Walkers.

Achievements and Recognition
Past achievements include:
- Delivering hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue for global companies, including Thomson Reuters and Intercontinental Exchange.
- Working in collaboration with Lord Mayor Fiona Woolf, Sir Kenneth Olisa and an organising team to help launch AudaCITY I: Talent Rising at Guildhall in 2014.
- Supporting the launch of the Powerlist in 2007, and serving as a judge for from 2014 to 2017.
