I am responsible for: Managing the business for Hogan Lovells UK, and also looking after diversity, inclusion and responsible business globally.
I am passionate about: Fostering a culture at work where everyone feels a sense of belonging and is able to achieve their potential, resulting in strong business performance.
How I came across CSL: Justine chaired a panel I participated in at Thomson Reuter’s annual TWLL (Transforming Women in Leadership in the Law) conference. The topic was “Getting your voice heard and making a difference”.
