About Kristina Skybova
Kristina Skybova is a Coach and Analyst at the Centre for Synchronous Leadership (CSL). Kristina brings a unique level of depth to her coaching with middle managers and executives, due to her wealth of lived experience. In doing so, she provides a safe space for them to explore the underlying patterns that keep them stuck, access their own wisdom to move forward in relation to their goals, and stay accountable to their future self.
As an Analyst for the Centre, Kristina uses a mix of qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify patterns in organisational culture for client project work, and to monitor the customer experience across the CSL Community. Additionally, she regularly scans the horizon for trends in governance and has provided research support for CSL’s 2021 and 2022 Mindful Exclusion Governance Reports.
Outside of CSL, Kristina is an Advisory Board Member at the University of Westminster. Kristina has an LLB in Law with first-class honours from the University of Westminster and an LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law with Distinction from Queen Mary University of London. She holds a coaching diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching.
