About the Centre for Synchronous Leadership (CSL)

We are a pioneering leadership consultancy and think tank based in London.  Our mission, since 2010, is to facilitate systemic change in the corporate sector through innovative approaches to leadership development.  With Justine and Elias in the lead, we include an extended network of team members who are assembled depending on the needs of a given project.  We are each on our personal journey of tightrope walking, and it is our privilege to have supported so many inspiring leaders on their way.
